Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our supplier warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days from the order date and will be shipped the following day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing. After that, it will take 5 to 7 business days for delivery in Chile, and 10 to 20 business days for international orders (depending on KPV-KAPVOE's location and available logistics).

Who will deliver my order?

The agreements delivered will be from Starken, Blueexpress, or Correos de Chile. As we have a combined shipping system, any of these may handle your order on deferred days. But don't worry, we always monitor its status, and your order will arrive 100% insured.
